What's Covered
The ERGO Grips Lifetime Guarantee covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. If your ERGO product fails due to a manufacturing defect, ERGO will, at their sole discretion, either repair or replace the product.

How to Make a Claim
If you believe your ERGO product has a defect covered by the Lifetime Guarantee, please contact us at info@ergogrips.co.uk with the following information:
- A description of the issue
- Photographs clearly showing the defect
- Your order number (if purchased from us)
- The product name and model
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 working days.
What's Not Covered
The Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse or abuse of the product
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or natural disasters
This guarantee does not apply to products that have been sold as used or second-hand, or that have been resold by an unauthorized dealer.
Your Statutory Rights
The ERGO Grips Lifetime Guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Nothing in this guarantee affects the rights that the law says you have.
